As a Commercial Analyst for the Napoleon Project Office, you will work closely with our Head of PMO to support the development, launch, and management of impactful projects that contribute to the growth of our company. You’ll be responsible for analysing data to ensure that the project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. You’ll have a certain degree of independency, while following project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and budgets. You will report to the Head of PMO.

Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Delve into project data to provide crucial insights that aid the Head of PMO in overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed promptly and within budget.
  • Project Planning and Tracking: Contribute to the development and upkeep of project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and budgets, employing your exceptional Excel skills to maintain meticulous records.
  • Strategic Reporting: Craft insightful reports tailored for our business leaders, ensuring they are well-informed, and liaise with a diverse group of stakeholders to convey project updates effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to drive project success, aligning all stakeholders on common objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality standards to ensure that project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations, demonstrating proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Clear Communication: Develop and deliver crystal-clear project status reports and captivating presentations using your expertise in PowerPoint.
Your profile
  • A minimum of 2 year’s experience in project management or analysis with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrated quality to work collaboratively and independently as needed.
  • Knowledge of the challenges and opportunities within the industry Napoleon operates in.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into a clear excel or PPT.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for problem-solving in delivering projects.
  • Data-driven mindset and agile approach.
  • Excellent communication capabilities and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and the talent to translate projects to all audiences.
