About the Opportunity
Join Sanofi General Medicines as Commercial and Customer Engagement Manager for North Europe Foundation. In this role you will define, create and implement the Foundation Commercial & Customer Engagement strategy to engage and communicate with the key customers on our Foundation portfolio, contributing to a sustainable growth in revenues & BOI.
In collaboration with medical, and a target operating model to define, support by developing the best content to get an attractive unique customer engagement journey among competition; and, in strong collaboration with Business Leaders & One Trade, drive innovative & breakthrough commercial projects to have a sustainable profitability.
Possible locations stated by preference:Diegem/Belgium, Amsterdam/The Netherlands.

In this role you will…
- For all North Europe countries, Maximize our Revenues and BOI sustainably through different initiatives: Omni-Channel & Customer engagement, Payers & Pricing, Tender efficiency, Gross To Net management in collaboration with One Trade & Business Leaders, …etc.
- Identify across the countries, Commercial initiatives to improve portfolio profitability through pricing strategy, GTN improvements and better tender management
- Drive the maximization of the portfolio through Payers/pricing initiatives, but as well when needed commercial/marketing projects that can support the brand value and support a sustainable sales and profitability
- Omni-Channel & Customer Engagement Champion:
- Determine and roll-out the customer engagement strategy for selected brands (mature assets) and countries part of the North Europe Foundation portfolio
- Works with strategic partners to provide input that defines/refines customer segmentation over time
- Aligns which channel can be the best to activate and with which value proposition to the customer. You will need to find the optimal balance between brand preference, convenience & cost effectiveness
- Experiments quickly new approaches & solutions to respond to the customers needs
- Provides clear and firm direction to internal & external partners for channel mix selection, content development and tactical delivery
- Continuously optimizes the use of existing channels, improve KPIs and you keep a close eye on new developments and actively bring them in
- Manages budgets for owned projects
- Serve as a leader in advancing digital capabilities & Identifies opportunities in the countries for utilization of new digital channels
- Lead complex project teams involving all business, Trade, Supply Chain and support functions for a large portfolio
- Degree of innovativeness: Provide disruptive ideas of that improve and innovate customer engagement, go to market and portfolio scope
About you
Qualifications/ Education & work experience
- Bachelor degree in business or marketing
- 3+ years of experience in pharma is a sales or marketing function
- Understanding of omnichannel strategies/tactics, marketing channels and the key benefits that each achieve at driving enhanced customer relationships
- Strong understanding of end-to-end strategic marketing of pharmaceutical products
- GtN and P&L understanding
- Highly complex project management
- Track record in Trade, Commercial and/or Customer engagement/omnichannel and digital activities
- Organizational, flexibility, influencing, presentation and listening skills
- Oral and written fluency in English, another language is an asset
- Driving license is required, travels in Belgium mostly with 10% business trip on North Europe region (BE, NL, SE, FI, DK, NO)
