Competency Based Learning (CBL) Content Creator

Job purpose:

Are you an experienced training CBL Content Creatoreager to join our Global QA Transformation Hub Learning Team?

You will directly get involved in the Document Simplification and Competency Based Learning Program and will be accountable for supporting sites and functions delivering educational materials.

In this role, you will…

  • Create educational and instructional content for technical processes and procedures generated from collaboration and interviews with the Subject Matter Experts/Technical teams
  • Create and develop multimedia visual aids, presentations, tutorials for instructional and educational content.
  • Be paired with a Competency Expert co-creates/reviews with the local team/GSME on the learning packages.
  • Provide upskilling for adopter sites and functions on content design competencies
  • Directly support several sites/global functions on developing the first competency package.
  • Be responsible to provide expert support, advice and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work autonomously in multiple disciplinary areas.
  • Participate in Governance meetings, workshops and Gembas.

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master degree in Engineering, Sciences or Pedagogy; or a bachelor degree with 5 years of relevant experience in a related field
  • 5 years’ experience in a learning domain and in learning methodologies
  • Video recording and editing, eLearning module, Instructional Content Design
  • Previous experience in regulated environment (good knowledge of GxP) is an asset
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), French is a plus.

  • Pragmatic, delivery-oriented
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with technical experts
  • Excellent communication skills.
