Our partner, expanding financial services provider, is currently looking for a compliance & legal officer to strengthen its team.

Description


Compliance & legal officer:

  • You ensure the proper implementation of the regulations applicable to the activities of the company.
  • You proactively follow changes in regulations (Belgian and European) related to the business.
  • You ensure that the processes and policies are respected by the employees and partners
  • You anticipate, through proactive collaboration with people of the teams, the possible impact of new projects on compliance
  • You participate in meetings of legal commissions and committees at a sectoral level.
  • You are responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
  • You support the work of other departments for legal aspects

Profiles


Compliance & legal officer:

  • You have a bachelor or masterdegree in law or have acquired recognized experience in the field of compliance
  • You are fluent in English. You are speaking Frenchand Dutchwith a good knowledge of the other language
  • You have a firstexperience in the field of compliance
  • Knowledge of the financial sector and the regulatory environment of the credit sector is an asset
