A Europe’s leading provider of leasing and fleet management solutions for businesses and individuals and a reference in Belgium is looking for a Contract Management Officer who will report directly to its Contract Manager.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the overall management of contracts.
  • You will ensure a qualitative and punctual treatment of requests to change contracts during their term (change of parameters, addition/withdrawal of services and accessories) and the conclusion of contracts.
  • You will frequently perform financial calculations (using Excel and other tools).
  • You will ensure that all administrative procedures for the files entrusted to you are carried out correctly.
  • You will have regular telephone contact with the customers, the dealers and with your colleagues in other departments.
  • You collect the information necessary for the adaptation and termination of contracts.
  • You are also able to improve the quality of the process and further optimize the systems. The company will give you the space to put your ideas into practice.

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and a similar experience in this position.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written.
  • You have an analytical and numerical mind, strong thinking and reasoning skills and are able to optimize existing processes.
  • You enjoy administration, are organized and able to manage your priorities.
  • You work both independently and in a team.
  • You are able to manage deadlines and enjoy working at a fast pace.
