The CRM Consultant is responsible for the implementation of Kerridge Commercial Systems CRM solutions to optimize the customer’s business processes, whereby the customer is advised and trained in the use of the CRM Solution.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Independently coordinate implementation projects and, if applicable, be accountable to the project manager.
  • Monitoring the quality, lead time, budget, scope and actions for the delivery of the projects with attention to optimal customer satisfaction. Possibly in consultation with the project manager.
  • Creating knowledge and insight with existing and new customers in order to guarantee efficient use of CRM products.
  • Actively communicates about implementation activities with stakeholders, including MT PSG, Sales and Support in accordance with the established matrices.
  • Responsible for using the agreed implementation method
  • Ensuring a correct follow-up of issues and escalations within the internal organization.
  • Translate problems related to business processes into a conceptual and functional CRM solution based on the wishes of the client.
  • Advising existing and new customers on the application possibilities and use of the CRM products.
  • Ensuring timely, correct and timely project and time administration
  • Maintaining contact and identifying new commercial opportunities with existing customers.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of the implementation method and makes suggestions for improvement
  • Initiating and following up on actions that increase the professionalism of its own performance and that of the consultancy team
Skills And Education Required
  • Driving license (NL/BE)
  • Languages including Dutch, French and English (spoken and written)
  • 2-5 years of work experience in a similar consultancy position
  • At least a completed HBO education, preferably in (Technical) Business Administration, supplemented with relevant education and training
  • Good knowledge of the basic functionalities and the basic structure of the CRM software
  • Knowledge / experience in setting up and applying project management methods, for example Prince2 or IPMA
  • Customer and service oriented attitude
  • Persuasiveness, Initiative, Proactive, Analytical
  • Good knowledge of the basic functionalities and the basic structure of the ERP software
