The main responsibility of the Customer Care Agent is to create an excellent relationship with customers by ensuring an efficient order processing flow from order fulfilment and invoice generation to after sales services.Main tasks: Ownership of the order processing flow: from receipt of the order, control and entry according to process, to delivery and invoicing & customer master dataSolve problems and act proactively, keeping the customer, superior manager and the sales staff informed of order status and potential problems Create and foster an excellent relationship with the external customers of the dedicated customer region and with the sales division by sharing knowledge, visiting the field together for service related issues and identifying sales opportunitiesRegister and manage customer complaints in ARM regarding delivery or price Provide the customer with requested documents: order confirmation, delivery sheet, certificates, etc.Maintain correct information into contracts incl. servicing contractsParticipate in local meetings to improve quality of service to customers

Bachelor’s degree – or Secondary Education equivalent through experience in a similar roleFamiliar with Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of SAP is an assetCustomer orientedYou have knowledge of exportdocuments and letters of creditPrevious customer service experience an assetFluently in English (written & spoken)Strong personal skills like teamplayer, accurate, organisation skills, communicative, stress resilient, detail mindedYou can work independently
