OverviewTechnical Customer Care Representative - BelgiumWe are excited to be searching for a new team member for our Customer Care department due to expansion in Sint- Niklaas. We need an enthusiastic Customer Care Representativewith a technical background who is a team player and loves to build relationships with both colleagues and customers worldwide.Ideally you will come from a service delivery role and be someone with a technical background, preferably within mechanics.As you will be talking to our customers around the globe, we needs someone who has good knowledge of both Dutch and English; both spoken and written is required. You will communicate with our on-site teams internationally via email, telephone, and in-person. It goes without saying that as a customer facing role, we need you to have exceptional interpersonal skills, and for you to be able to multitask placing orders, and dealing with the logistics of sending the parts.ResponsibilitiesA day in the life of our Technical Customer Care Representative would look like this …

• You will be coordinating with our customers for JBT spare parts, which will in turn boost our sales achieved
• Accurately maintaining records in our ERP system, which is JD Edwards
• Whilst speaking to customers you will use opportunities where possible, to sell our PRoCARE aftermarket contracts (particularly with our Asia Pacific customers)
• Reporting on parts ordered weekly and monthly
• Liaise between our customers and our JBT teams (i.e. Service Team, Sales Team, Finance and Accounting Team) making recommendations and placing orders
• Supporting and handling logistics issues with a goal of customer satisfaction in mind, whilst also considering JBT’s corporate social responsibility promises
• Conducting “Customer Satisfactory Surveys” monitoring how well you are performing, and making improvements when required
• Supporting the logistic team for inventory control forecast

Items we would be keen to see listed on your resume would be …

• Ideally a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical or something equal with experience
• An understanding of how aftermarket works, and a knowledge of Salesforce would be a bonus
• Previous project ownership in driving aftermarket sales would be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude to customer care
• Able to work independently whilst enjoying being part of a team
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Dutch
• Familiar with computer usage, Windows, Office, Visio, and Internet Applications
