Your role & work environment

As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) for Corporate Lending and Trade Finance Services you have an good understanding of customers and their needs with regards to Corporate Loans, Bank guarantees and Documentary Trade in combination with a strong product focus. You are end-to-end responsible for product and process management, including international processing, in Asia, Amsterdam and other European locations.

Your key responsibilities

• Working together with colleagues having different expertise in self-steering teams
• Gaining a profound understanding of the market and our Customers
• Ensuring excellent processes by continuously evaluating our way of working in order to meet and improve customer experience
• Implementing the strategy taking ING’s priorities and customer’s expectations into consideration
• Understanding and applying business principles and external regulation
• Being technology-minded and understanding how the market is developing.
• Staying on top of the latest trends and knowing how they could be applied in the world of ING’s customers
• Actively participating and, if necessary, taking initiatives to improve the collaboration between different stakeholders and colleagues in other teams both in Belgium and abroad with the aim to create even more added value to our customers
• Helping to improve the quality of the ING’s communication via the different channels and touch points
