Crm Trainee – Job Description

THE JOB:

In the role of CRM Trainee, you will work together with the RHG CRM team and support them in their day-to-day activities. Your primary focus will be to support the development and testing of new capabilities for our CRM & Marketing Automation solution. You will collaborate in documenting and mapping a wide variety of processes and experiences to allow to share CRM awareness across the company. We are looking for someone who is motivated, precise and able to work with a good level of independence and has a strong interest in E-Commerce, Marketing Automation and CRM. We offer a great opportunity to gain an hands-on experience in Marketing Automation technology and have a direct experience with leading CRM & Marketing Automation tools and digital customer engagement strategy design.

DURATION:6 months, starting as soon as possible

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support with the creation of campaign documentation and training material.
  • Support during UAT planning and execution
  • Support senior members of the team with the creation and maintenance of email templates
  • Support with email testing
  • Support CRM Senior Managers in other tasks and activities when required.

A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE:

  • You are enrolled in a school program (internship contract required)
  • You are studying Marketing or Digital marketing and have a strong interest in Digital Marketing (Email, App, Personalization, Marketing Automation)
  • You are very motivated & eager to learn
  • You have good project management skills and can work in an independent way
  • You have experience & knowledge of the Digital Marketing landscape
  • You have a strong command of Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) - MANDATORY
  • You have a strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • A previous experience with CRM is a plus
  • Open to play an active role within the Trainee Scheme here at Radisson CSO
