Founded in 2016 , Peripass is a logistics SaaS scale-up with its headquarters in Ghent, Belgium. Our Yard Management Software enables industrial and logistics companies to smoothly manage the complete flow of trailers rolling on and off their sites, as well as all trailer movements on-site . Building on an already strong revenue basis, our sales and overall company growth is rapidly accelerating. We have recently grown to about 30 people and we are planning to grow to over 50 people in 2021 . We are proud to have been awarded the “Trends Digital Pioneer 2020” in the category Manufacturing & Logistics.
As our Customer Service Specialist you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge in fast-growing SaaS software and develop your own skills on a continuous basis. This is what you will be doing:
- You are the first line contact person in the service desk for all customer requests on our software platform: you analyse, investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers of Peripass.
- You communicate clearly and proactively, making sure our customers are continuously aware of the steps we’re taking towards a solution.
- You partner up with the customer success managers, implementation consultants and product team, to escalate issues when needed.
- You are the voice of the customer internally and help improve our product with your input.
- You are responsible for managing the monitoring dashboard, in order to proactively counter any incidents .
- You build upproduct knowledge on a daily basis and are keen to develop your technical skills.
- You take the lead to continuously expand our help center by writing technical documentation and creating product walkthrough videos.
- You want to become an expert in our support tools and processes.

Job requirements
Come on, blow us away with your credentials :) You will, if:
- you are customer oriented and are able to communicate clearly via email and phone
- Software applicationsare like a playground for you, happily clicking around and finding solutions for your customers.
- you have an analytical, problem-solving mindset
- you keep your calm and prioritize at all times
- you can communicate fluently in Dutch and you can get by in French and English
- Bonus points!if:
- youhave knowledge about network architecture, hardware, integrations software/hardware, etc.
- you have experience in logistics & supply chain
- you have experience in SaaS customer service
