About The Role

You are passionate about developing positive customer experiences in a B2B environment, cultivating durable relationships and supporting brand loyalty. You will work closely with our customers and ensure that they are happy with our ASO tool and services. You will be the voice of the customers you manage within AppTweak and make sure their latest improvement requests are transferred to the Product Team, whom you’ll collaborate with closely: together you’ll be working on improving our products and services continuously. Finally, you will also work hand in hand with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from the very beginning of their journey with AppTweak.

Your Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the successful onboarding of new customers and for a positive user experience for business customers and enterprise customers.
  • Establishing trusted expert relationships with customers and conducting regular calls or follow-ups.
  • Assessing customer requirements, solving problems, anticipating future needs.
  • Achieving annual renewal, upselling revenue targets and preventing churn.
  • You are the customers’ voice within AppTweak. You are collaborating with other teams, including Marketing, Sales, ASO Experts, and Product. You will help them in their mission to improve our content, products and ASO services in order to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • You are also AppTweak’s voice and representative to our customers.
  • Promoting and advocating AppTweak during mobile events and conferences.
Must-have
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or relevant field.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory).
  • You love being in contact with customers and you communicate easily with people.
  • You demonstrate excellent listening, negotiation, communication, presentation and writing skills.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and can play with data
  • You are a curious and fast learner and you love to solve problems and help people.
  • You are flexible and autonomous, while you have the ability to work in a team
  • You are rigorous, well-organized
  • You particularly enjoy negotiating and closing deals.
  • You are willing to build your expertise in App Store Optimization in order to help them improve their business with the AppTweak tool and services.
  • You will be based in our Brussels office.
Nice-to-have
  • You are passionate about new technologies, data, apps and/or you have a great interest in the mobile app industry.
  • You have experience in Customer Success or in a SaaS company.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot or other) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) is appreciated.
  • Because we are working with an International team (from Japan to San Francisco), you demonstrate the necessary flexibility.
  • You love food.
