• You’ll be part of a committed team focused on customer satisfaction.
• Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to keep them informed about the status of their order, to listen to the needs of the customers and offer a customized solution.
• You’ll help guide and shape the system by processing orders and data.

• You will join an exciting company that operates in the medical sector.
• You are entitled to 34 vacation days (32 vacation days + 2 sector days).

• What you’ll need
• You preferably have a bachelor degree or are equivalent through experience.
• You already have experience in a similar role as a customer service representative, commercial assistant, sales assistant, administrative assistant,...
• You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French. Speaking English fluently is a plus.
• You are strong in communication and know how to approach.
• You can work fluently with MS Office. Experience with SAP is definitely a plus.
• Your work-life balance
• This is a permanent position, on a full-time basis.
• You will work 39h a week. One week you work from 8am to 4:06pm and the other week you work from 9am to 5:06pm.
• After the training period you can work 2 days from home.
• The company is easy to reach by public transport and you can easily park in the street as well.
