Then you are the Data Champion we are looking for to strengthen our Supply Management team.

Responsibilities:

• Own & manage all data management topics within supply management (incl. processes, quality & governance but also operational reporting, data cleansing, data migration)
• Offer effective data, performance reporting, analysis and insights by overcoming our current limitations
• Champion our data, act as trustee of data management topics within Supply Department
• Support the business by identifying & accelerating the development and implementation of data solutions
• Contribute actively to the data transformationagenda and be hands-on to run the data action improvement plan at country level
• Treat data as a strategic and valuable asset, improve data quality& leverage its value
• Spearhead cultural change by instilling a data centric culture of continuous improvement

Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in business education or engineering with an experience in data management, -governance & -processing with practical business impact, or you are passionate to work and learn all about data management
• You have an ability to understand complex analytics topics and distil them into simple conclusions and visualizations
• You are passionate about data, data modelling & data usages. You have a good knowledge and experience of data quality issues/challenges & can find workaround to deliver on the short term while improving overall data management processes
• You have good data management and project management skills and are able to build and deliver a roadmap of initiatives
• You are interested in of have a knowledge of supply management and technology teams, to develop and sustain solutions
• Having an experience in Retail/Foodservice/FMCG is a big plus
• You are able to work in a matrix organization across several countries, can successfully influence others and build partnerships to both deliver projects and drive cultural change in an organization
• You are a team player with good communication & influencing skills. You have the ability to federate, establish links and cooperate with other data roles/stakeholders (regulators, users, legal, etc.)
• You have sound commercial judgment, think critically and dispose of learning agility to simplify complex environments
• You can engage people and teams in a difficult environment, demonstrate positive ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm and resilience
• You are able to energize others and help (non)analytics professionals grow on the data topic
• You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
