In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming data into actionable insights and driving impactful business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, clean, and preprocess data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate and manage data efficiently.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Perform data profiling, generate comprehensive reports, and present actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity, quality, and security, adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document processes, pipelines, and methodologies to promote maintainability and team collaboration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in data analytics and apply them to enhance processes.

Skills And Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and R programming languages.
  • Proven expertise in the Shiny web framework is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience working with SQL databases.

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency with ETL tools and experience in designing and managing ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of data integrity, security, and quality assurance best practices.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
  • Ability to work in Agile environments and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
  • Strong team-leading skills, with a proactive approach to ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (verbal and written).
