Data Quality Analyst (Weekend Shift)

The DHL Express is seeking a Data Quality Analyst for its office in Diegem, Belgium. As a Data Quality Analyst your role will be to address increasing regulatory requirements for enhanced ACS Data quality and Data provision. You will also support the Manager to develop, implement strategies to address issues with a view to develop, automate or outsource data enhancement activities.

• Enhance ACS Data Quality to meet regulatory requirements
• Improve ACS Data Quality thus enabling improved quality of screening, manifesting accuracy and analysis
• Gather evidence and execute business processes supporting the resolution of ACS customs cases from Customers
• Increase customer satisfaction by supporting projects on ACS critical touch points areas: Capacity management, Operations, Sales and Claims
• Support First Choice initiatives simplifying customers experience with ACS (Booking, Website, Claims)
• Support Development and deployment of globally Best Demonstrated Practices
• Prepare reports defining project progress, problems and solutions to Data Quality Manager
• Provide status update to Data Quality Manager & additionally for the Customs related activities also to Customs Management
• Report on progress of the team to Data Quality Manager
• Support the development of ACS Data Quality strategies and Implementation
• Train and support development of interim staff in the team
• Progress Reporting
• Address external customer enquiries related to Custom’s cases (phone & email)
• Support Automation / outsourcing initiatives
• Support Implementation and management of project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Support Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Drive high quality output
• Develop team effectiveness skills
• Encourage effective cooperation / communication with all dept.
• Encourage Best Demonstrated Practices deployment

• Experience working on projects; direct work experience in project management capacity
• Fluent in English and preferably another European language
• Experience with working in multi-national teams
• Ability to identify, communicate current and to be processes and possibly system changes
• Develop and Execute Trainings / Training material
• Good knowledge of MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to think laterally, come up with innovative solutions and challenge the ideas of others
• A team player: inspire team to perform at their best and as One
• Ability to cope with tight deadlines
• Ability to work during theweekend and public holidays
• Self-sufficient and curious
• Open to trying new things / testing
• Big picture and detailed picture capability

• 2 years in Aviation/Express industry
• University degree or equivalent work experience
