Description:

  • Perform Month-End Close Activities;
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting by running data health checks and following up with relevant organizations;
  • Prepare the inter-affiliate report for the regional trader;
  • Refresh the various tools used by the team to perform financial reporting (when not portable to 3P);
  • Timely submission of earnings figures in Corporate Reporting system (Dataflex);
  • System reconciliations and troubleshooting (EVP/DSDW);
  • Centralize uploads for the team in stewardship systems (e.g. EVP/DSDW);
  • Lead role in the team for various quarterly/yearly activities;
  • Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Reporting;
  • Yearly update of the tools and dashboards.

Competencies & Skills

  • Education: minimum bachelor degree, ideally in IT;
  • IT proficiency for following systems;
  • SAP;
  • Tableau;
  • Microsoft Office;
  • Analytical, methodic, reliable, attention to detail, sensitive to deadlines;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Able to collaborate effectively.

Other (a plus if available, not mandatory)

  • Basic accounting / financial background
  • Prior experiences in the energy sector

Other information:

  • Working language: fluency, both verbal and written English;
  • Month-end close activities performed during the first 10 weekdays of each month;
  • Peak workload to be expected around following Work Days (WD): WD2 to WD10;
  • Assignment duration: 12 months, immediate availability.
