Salt are working closely with a market leading client who has made a positive impact through success in the food & beverage industry. Our client is looking to grow their team by adding a Digital Change Engineer to assist them on a project in Belgium. The successful candidate will need to be on site during this project.

Job Title - Digital Change Engineer

Salary - Day rate (Negotiable)

Duration - Contract (Minimum of 9 month’s)

Start date - Asap

The key responsibilities for this role will include:
Making a positive impact on the team by improving the day to day operations through digital technology.
Ability to create a Data driven culture around colleagues and line management.
providing support to colleagues by training them with the goal of increasing MES capabilities.
Analyzing Data to track MES business impact ie financial.
working as a team will be key as the successful candidate will be working closely with the Process Engineering team and the Digital team.

Skillset required for this position:
Team player with good listening and in influence skill’s
Quality presentation skill’s, able to communicate in a structured way
Able to use analytical tools and common office software.
basic experience using data analytics tools , data visualization tools and amp. (Power BI/Tableau/qlickview/SSRS/Minitab/ Excel.
Experience using Data historian (IP21/ Honeywell/ OSI PI/ Wonderware)
Basic experience with MES Systems (Rockwell/Simatic/Wonderware/Apriso.)
Knowledge of programming skills.
Fluent in Dutch, French & English is a must.
