Tryve is the leading Platinum Partner of monday.com in the Benelux region. We are dedicated to helping organizations streamline their work processes and enhance collaboration through innovative solutions.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives with special focus on creating an online lead generation engine through content marketing, SEO and SEA. In this role you will be assisted by a Junior Digital Marketeer that will be hired shortly after your onboarding.

Responsibilities

You will be an essential person for helping us achieve our ambitious goals in customer acquisition, revenue growth, and corporate/employer branding.

Lead Online Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase the online presence and visibility of Tryve & our monday.com offering, with a strong focus on SEO and SEA.

SEO & SEA Expertise: Optimize website content, structure, and keywords to improve organic search rankings. Manage paid search campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and leads.

Lead Generation: Create and manage lead generation campaigns across various channels (online, verticalized sales campaigns, events, etc.) to attract potential customers and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Content Marketing: Develop and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, and more to engage and inform our target audience.

Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, make data-driven decisions, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.

Brand Building: Contribute to corporate and employer branding efforts, aligning marketing activities with the overall brand message and values.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Partner Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the monday.com Partner Marketing team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with mutual goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content marketing, SEO and SEA.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
• Background in B2C marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and X Ads.
• Experience with marketing automation.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience or strong interest in team management.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong interest in work processes and team collaboration.
• Fluent in English and Dutch - French is a plus.
