Unilin is looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Unilin Flooring Sheet Vinyl Marketing team. You are responsible for all digital projects and platforms and will manage and coordinate the digital marketing activities:
  • Platform & Website Management: serve as the SPOC for PIM/DAM and ensure a timely and correct data & asset input. Act as the product owner for website development. Lead content authoring efforts, ensuring the website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Social Media Management: take ownership of social media, develop and execute social media strategies and coordinate the social media content calendar.
  • Digital content creation: the digital manager will support (digital) content development for various purposes (website, customers, social, …).
  • Data and Analytics Management: manage data and analytics platforms and create comprehensive reports on digital marketing. Tracking KPI’s & providing recommendations for optimization to drive continuous improvement.
  • Sales Enablement: develop digital tools, content, and resources to support their sales activities. Provide training and guidance to the sales team on utilizing digital platforms and tools effectively.
  • Lead Generation: develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and capture potential customers in the market. Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with their objectives.
  • You will be based in Waregem, reporting to the Marketing Manager Sheet Vinyl.
  • You will work in an international, fast-paced and flexible B2B2C environment.
PROFILE
  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital project management, including PIM, DAM, and other relevant tools.
  • Proficiency in managing social media channels and developing social media strategies.
  • Experience with website (or digital products) development and content authoring.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and reporting, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
