The marketing department is responsible for defining the market positioning of our products and services and implementing it by developing value propositions towards our customers, merchants & beneficiaries, managing the products and services and organizing the go-to-market of these value propositions to achieve the business objectives.

The marketing department covers the areas of strategic marketing, product management, digital marketing and communication.

Fonction

The Digital Product Owner is responsible for the development and evolution of one of the digital environment (B2B or B2M). He/she coordinates various digital projects under the responsibility of the digital manager and acts as a reference in his/her field of digital expertise within the external projects of the marketing department.

He/she reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and joins a team of 5 colleagues. The marketing team is composed of 26+ collaborators.

Your main responsibilities:

PRODUCT OWNER (70%)

As the product owner of the digital customer journey on the Sodexo platforms, define the user journey and prioritize the continuous evolution of acquisition and loyalty environments:

  • Master the profiles and needs of internal and external users of the platforms
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of SPB-SPI platforms based on user and customer feedback, and on the new features proposed by SPI:

o Identify expected functionalities and select those that bring the most value or benefit to users and customers

o Describe each selected functionality in the form of a use case

o Translate the business needs to IT with the support of the Business Analyst

o Contribute to the technical reflections of the IT department and the suppliers, taking into account the technical requirements

o Prioritize and phase the evolutions included in the platform backlog

o Monitor the progress of User/Business Tests

o Validate the delivery of releases

o Evaluate the performance of previous releases in production and in use.

  • Ensure the consistency of the User Journey between the different SPB-SPI platforms.
  • Coordinate with the SPB Project Manager the transitions between the platforms specific to Belgium and those implemented by the group.
  • Ensure cohesion between strategy and legal requirements (with the support of the CVP).
  • Monitor new digital trends and make proposals for their implementation in our platforms

In collaboration with management:

  • Maintain the roadmap and inform management and users of the progress of projects.
  • Lead a strategic reflection on the evolution of platforms, taking into account the Group’s priorities.

Acquisition and analytics (20%)

  • Implement the content necessary for acquisition campaigns
  • Knowledge sharing and sharing of KPIs with internal stakeholders

Transformation Projects (10%)

  • Assist in the coordination and/or management of projects related to business transformation and cross-functional projects. The choice of projects is decided on the basis of an exchange with the manager.
  • Within the company, act as a reference person for the online journey, taking over the conversion and loyalty platforms.

Profil

  • Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
  • You have about 5 years of successful experience in digital and/or payment product management, preferably in the services sector.

PERSONAL SKILLS

  • Autonomous and self-taught in order to quickly learn new tools
  • Motivated and dynamic, to participate in all the processes of the digital team.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive, who likes to find creative solutions.
  • Ability to manage projects: work independently and collaborate with different teams and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving oriented, organized and attentive to details
  • Ensure the follow-up and coordination of projects with external agencies
  • Ability to self-develop to keep up with new developments in the field
  • Structured and analytical

KNOWLEDGES

  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles: User Journey, Sprint, UX-UI, Use Case,...
  • Knowledge of tracking tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, AB tasty, ...)
  • Notions in SEO, SEA, HTML, CSS

Langues

You have an excellent knowledge of French or Dutch (and can work in the other national language, the PO meetings are essentially in French). English is a must.
