For the ICT Operations department at our headquarters in Brussels (near the train station and subway, see the map here) we’re looking for a Digital Workplace Coordinator (m/f/x).

At Fluxys Belgium, The Digital Workplace teams are responsible for the physical and digital workplace of the end users by:

• Managing the physical devices (computers, smartphones, telephony, meeting room equipment, …)
• Managing the Operating System and software installation on the equipment
• Managing the Office 365 suite as well as being the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for the users

Your
responsibilities

• Together with the team, you keep the endpoints secure, up-to-date and in optimal health to create a smooth and simple working experience for people across the organisation
• You actively follow up the technological evolutions and help organise the maintenance activities involved
• You’re responsible for the continuous improvement of the services/support: you identify recurring issues and propose solutions, you analyse recurring pain points and propose innovative solutions
• You evaluate, plan and potentially design the performance as well as the productivity and the quality of the work done
• You proactively monitor the state of the system, help optimise the correct functioning of the systems
• You support and design the configuration of all endpoints and follow up changes
• You’re responsible for keeping the documentation of the system up-to-date
• You support the Workplace support team members to enable them to achieve the highest standards of quality of services delivered to customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in ICT and/or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar function
• Very good knowledge of
  • Windows Client OS (Windows 10)
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • MS Office Apps: Teams, OneDrive, or equivalent
  • Microsoft SCCM
  • PowerShell scripting and Graph API
  • Mobile Device management (MDM) - Intune
• Commitment to creating seamless user experiences and ensuring technology is widely accessible
• A passion about collectively leading digital transformation and building towards a larger vision
• Dedication to continuous improvement in the context of digital delivery and transformation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer orientation and excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Dutch, Frenchand English
