Digitribe is seeking an experienced Lean Navigator to join our team and support transformational projects in the financial industry. As a Lean Navigator, you will lead or support various Operational Excellence Transformation at our clients such as Lean Transformation, Lean Management Coaching, Value Chain improvements, etc.

This role is designed for a Lean expert with a deep understanding and a proven track record of hands on Lean transformation, Continuous Improvement and change management within client-facing environments.

Key responsibilities:
Lean transformation:
Drive or support Lean Transformation initiaitives at client departments in order to improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of the services.

Perform Diagnostic, design a Future State and drive the implementation using the 5 lenses of Lean Transformation.

Implement the solution with the right change management and focus on the sustainability.

Lean Management System & Continuous Improvement:
Implement or reinforce Lean Management Systems within client organizations, embedding the 4 Lean Management behaviors to promote a sustainable culture of continuous improvement.

Provide training and coaching to client teams on Lean practices, empowering them to embed Lean methodologies into their daily operations.

Value chain transformation:
Drive value chain improvement initiatives looking at transversal service and processes through different angles (customer, people, process, organization, technology).

Combine qualitative and quantitative facts to drive the initiatives, using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma

Support clients in managing organizational change, helping to mitigate resistance and ensure successful adoption of new processes and behaviors.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Lean Management, Lean transformation, or continuous improvement.

At least 5 years in roles related to organizational transformation, process improvement, or change management, ideally in consulting or client-oriented roles within the financial industry.

Strong Lean Six Sigma expertise, with a customer-focused approach to transformation initiatives.

Technical skills:
Proficient in Lean methodologies, including the 5 Lenses of Lean Transformation, the 4 Lean Management behaviors, and Kaizen principles.

Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM and BPMN 2.0) and process mining (not essential at this stage but beneficial).

Experience in waste management, change management, and operational leadership within complex organizations, ideally in Finance.

Soft skills:
Strong drive and sense of accountability

Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team

Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Adaptable, collaborative, and able to build trust quickly with client teams to drive buy-in and commitment to continuous improvement.
