Your responsibilities:
- Lead the Launch excellence process ensuring consistent high-quality deliverables by GVC and timely LOC engagements and focus;
- Process and embedding lead for data-driven customer experience in GVC ensuring delivery of high-quality deliverables (personas; mod content; customer journey) widely utilised in LOCS;
- Compliance lead for GVC incl Enterprise Risk Coordination (incl GVCLT risk review, management monitoring process for all GVC risks incl comm practices, ABAC, etc);
- Joint decision maker for commercial vaccines creative agency selection & reviews (incl strategic and production agencies) and agency focus allocation across brands. Leadership of the performance management of the agencies and service delivery;
- Defining and collating insights to inform PLT KPIs for commercial deliverables and driving improvement in required areas; evolve co creation model to deliver better strategies and campaigns;
- Business Planning process leadership including accountability for facilitation, governance and oversight, improvements in quality and cascade of Global Business plans;
- Definition of global vaccines’ congress strategy (together with medical), integration into journeys as part of customer experience and leadership of implementation;
- Secretariat for Vaccine Performance network; setting forward agenda and ensuring quality sessions focussed on driving performance through global /local interface;
- Lead and manage 5 direct reports and manage admin community defining resource allocation and role focus.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills – ability to influence others outside direct management
- Understanding and experience of driving leading customer experience
- Experience in leading continuous improvement in commercial environment
- Ability to identify priorities within complex multidimensional situations
- Experience in matrix functioning with several hierarchical levels, diverse skill sets and multiple interfaces
- Strong Organisational & project management skills
- Operate with a high level of autonomy and demonstrate good judgment in knowing when to seek broader input
