Job Title

Director, Regional Security

The Regional Chief Security Officer (RCSO) is the Corporate Security regional lead responsible for the security of personnel, physical assets, and information in both physical and digital form. The RCSO will be the internal and external Corporate Secuirty lead represetive in the E.U and will report directly to the Chief Security Officer for Regional Security.

Role

In This Highly Visible Position, You Will

Be responsible for developing and overseeing policies and programs used in the mitigation and/or reduction of compliance, operational, strategic, and financial security risk strategies relating to the personnel/staff, any assets, and other property from a regional level. Act as a trusted security advsior to the regional stakeholders and leadership. Support the core security functions in developing the regionaization and integrate solutions.

• Support day-to-day operations
• Implementing and overseeing strategies to assess and mitigate risk, safeguarding the regional buisness.
• Supporting, implementing, and maintaining security processes and policies, identifying and reducing risks, limiting liability and exposure to informational, physical risk.
• Support compliance: making sure the company is compliant with local, national and regional regulations, PCI and ISO standards. Map security controls back to established standards to reduce risk exposure

• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and with limited time frames
• Professional fluency in the English language

• A good understanding of the political, cultural and security situation of E.U
• Police/Military/Security/Risk Management background.
• Masters or BA in relevant field
• CPP/CISM/CISSP
  
  

COVID-19 Considerations
