Description

You will have a varied job due to the complexity and diversity of the various files. You will be expected to be willing to learn the ever-changing legislative requirements and associated processes.
We are offering you a position as a file manager in the Customers and Accounts - NP team and you will perform the following tasks
  • Handling operational files independently in a correct manner and within the set standards (SLA), while maintaining the balance between legal obligations and a quality service to customers;
  • Proactive management of files/tasks according to priorities and existing agreements;
  • Analyse files and seek solutions in a "right first time" manner for problems/anomalies;
  • Analyse and interpret correctly and critically the documentation provided by the customers within the framework of the relevant legislation and processes;
  • Deployment of a customer-oriented (internal/external) service: inbound and outbound correspondence, telephone contacts, complaint handling, ... ;
  • Follow-up of legal or fiscal obligations;
  • Daring to take decisions in cases with limited (financial) impact;
  • Coaching and technical assistance to colleagues;
  • Collaboration in the optimisation of processes (applications, existing processes);
  • Continuous development of your knowledge and skills based on a willingness to learn;
  • Constructive participation in working groups;
  • Taking the initiative to report important information to management.

Your profile

  • You have an interest in file management and its operational processing;
  • You have a critical and analytical mind with a dynamic personality;
  • You have the motivation to learn;
  • You are autonomous, but with a team spirit and a sense of responsibility;
  • You have an interest in legal issues;
  • You have a basic knowledge of MS-Office tools and banking products;
  • You are bilingual French-Dutch with a good knowledge of English;
  • You are willing to participate in the duty role until 5 pm (a few times a month).
