About The Job

We are currently looking for an E-commerce Intern for the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region based in Brussels Head Office, reporting to the E-Retail Manager. The intern will contribute to the success of Louis Vuitton’s digital retail operations by assisting in various digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives, consequently supporting the digital performance.

Job responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to engage clients and drive sales.
  • Assist in the new function rollouts of the Louis Vuitton website for the Benelux, Nordics & Poland market Deliver the expected Louis Vuitton brand image and experience to the clients in the region through LV.com.
  • Collaborate with Digital Product and IT teams to execute tests on beta websites, identify bugs and user journey flaws and, work across department to resolve them.
  • Assist in collecting and analysing data related to website traffic, sales performance, and customer behaviour.
  • Use data insights to make data-driven recommendations for improving the online retail experience and marketing efforts.
  • Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree, or master’s student in Marketing, Business Management or similar.
  • Strong command English. Fluency in one of the Benelux & Nordics languages is preferred.
  • Experience in one or more of Benelux & Nordics countries will be an advantage.
  • Marketing copy writing; compelling story teller
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Extensive analytical and advanced organizational skills; ownership.
  • Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details.

Additional information

  • Start Date: Internship starting in July 2025 for 6 to 12 months.
  • Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office (Brussels, Belgium)
  • Mandatory: Internship convention provided by universities.
