Hi, do you see yourself
  • analyzing the client journey and identify new needs? You formulate proposals to increase the conversion rate from visitors to customers. You use A/B testing and CRO for this.
  • defining the roadmap for national and international sales via the website and the application? For this you work together with the technical team. You act as an intermediary between the marketing teams IT national and international.
  • developing a policy to best meet the expectations and needs of our B2C customers and prospects and to maximize the return on investment.?
  • being the central contact for the Marketing & Sales department about the e-commerce strategy and its implementation? You act as SPOC for campaigns (e.g. brand campaigns) of other departments (HR, Stations, ...).

Your profile
  • You have a Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You have +5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • You have a first experience as a manager.
  • You can enthuse a team. You conduct evaluation interviews and coaching sessions with your team. You detect talents and let them grow.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
  • You are familiar with the terms SEA, SEO and CRO.
  • Your curiosity ensures that you are constantly kept up to date with new developments. You dare to come up with new ideas.
  • You function well in a complex environment with various stakeholders. You have sufficient persuasive power in a negotiation.
  • You are analytically strong.
