About the vacancy

For our Belgian subsidiary NCA (NewCold Warehouse Automation) we are looking for E&I Engineers.

What will you be doing?

• Make detail design of the electromechanical installation to create the base for the hardware engineering.
• Implement the latest control technology such as ASi-bus, SEW drives and Siemens PLC’s.
• Follow up and approve final designs from the hardware engineers.
• Lead hardware engineers in the execution of project deliverables.
• Assists Sr. Controls Engineer in Calculate (using Caneco One) and describe the entire, or portions of, electromechanical installation (panels/field wiring/components) and functionality.
• Make offer requests, send out orders, follow up deliveries and deliveries to the site.
• On-site support of the site team, electrical supervisor, and PLC Engineer during initial start-up.

• Electrical aptitude and knowledge of acceptable practices, techniques, and codes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maximum Bachelor’s degree or equal through experience in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Experience going from starter to 4/5 years in implementation of material handling systems or industrial controls systems.
• Working knowledge of European guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
