Euroclear Bank Asset Servicing Operations, and its 500 colleagues based in Belgium, Poland and Hong Kong, are at the heart of what is happening in the capital markets.

The operations family is responsible for delivering cash or securities operations, servicing clients and processing a range of highly specialized operations that require some research or investigation of information outside of normal procedures. They may concentrate on a specific aspect of the business ( transaction processing, asset servicing, collateral, funds, banking , reconciliation, investigations ...) and may also lead or contribute to projects or initiatives in the areas of operational efficiency, risk, quality, regulatory and strategy. The role in this team is responsible for conducting securities operations. Incumbents may concentrate on a specific aspect of the business (e.g., securities clearance, trade processing, transfers) or have responsibility across a number of areas.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Processes a range of highly specialized and non-standard transactions.
• Manage transactions that’s usually require some research or investigation of information outside of normal procedures.
• The role requires knowledge of bank, CSD or financial market products, services, and procedures.
• It involves opportunities to train, coach, and provide work directions to other processors
• You are responsible to resolves some process problems and troubleshoots. And performs some verification/investigation of information outside of normal procedures.
• It involves carrying out complex administrative duties.
• Incumbent is knowledgeable & has emerging expertise in one or two domains of transaction strategies within assigned securities, but does not have the relevant experience and / or skill required to consistently handle complex transactions independently.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in banking environment is an asset
• Very good communication skills to ensure extraordinary services for our clients
• Ability to pragmatically and efficiently resolve problems
• Able to manage and resolve situations within established guidelines like escalations or more complex investigations
• Adaptive and flexible attitude to varying scenarios and possible stressful situations
• Assertive capabilities to foster efficient inter-departmental communication
• Fluent proficiency in English
• Readiness to perform autonomously and lead or contribute to new and on-going projects
