Reporting to the EMEA Service Delivery Manager,the Endpoint Management Engineer will play a key role in the development of Aliaxis’ modern workplace managementin EMEA region, by working on process automation and aligning with new technologies to maintain endpoint Operating Systems, Security level and software packages development.

The role is based in our HQ, in Brussels.

The main responsibilities can be summarized as follows:

• Improvement of the workplace management by implementing automated processes and supervise the execution of these. (eg. software updates, deployments with SCCM...).
• Contribute to the development of Self-service endpoint.
• Make recommendations on system changes considering opportunities & potential risks to further improve usage and alignment with business needs.
• Strong contribution in the setup and maintaining of the hard- and software equipment for end users. Setup and deployment of assets to both office and factory production teams.
• Follow change management process to validate changes in the endpoint area.

Requirements

• Knowledge in end user related technologies (configuration, staging and automation), including practical experience of a modern workplace project.
• Experience with PXE and self-service workplace management.
• Solid expertise in Microsoft Intune and System Center.
• Experience with O365 (MS Office suite & collaborative apps).
• Experience in scripting (Python, Powershell).
• Experience of ITIL fundamentals.

Being successful in the role with require hands on technical expertise in modern workplace management to contribute to standardize and automate Aliaxis’ end users technologies for the EMEA region.
