Client Details

Do you like to coordinate the full process, from concept design to the detailed development? Then you are the candidate our client is looking for! For great multidisciplinary projects in the chemical industry, life sciences, datacenters & food industry we are looking for an engineering coordinator with the necessary experience & technical background. You will become a leading engineer on different challenging projects in Belgium.

Description


Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of the full process, from concept design to detailed development.
  • Preparation and managing the engineering coordination toolkit (list of deliverables, staff planning, project/process description, conceptual lay-out, equipment list, process block diagrams…) in collaboration with the project manager, the process engineer and/or the Industry Expert
  • Organize systematically the interdisciplinary checkpoints between the different engineering disciplines (Civil & Structures, Utilities, Process, HVAC, Mechanical & Piping, E&I)
  • Manage the spatial coordination on the project lay-out and the 3D models
  • Collaboration with the Draft & Design team
  • Organization of the staff allocation of lead engineers and expert back-office support
  • Supervise the quality, level of detail and the compliance to the contractual agreement with our customers
  • Follow-up the design change management and the design review cycle
  • Report to the project manager and the engineering manager with regards to progress, risks and profitability of the engineering team

You will get challenging project and responsibilities where you lead different engineers. For this assignment you will get a contract of 12 months (extendable).

You will be part of multidisciplinary challenging projects where your technical knowledge will still grow.

Last but not least you will get a daily rate in accordance with your experience and technical knowledge.


Profiles


Profile

  • Master or Bachelor in engineering
  • 5 years of experience
  • Fluent English + another language (e.g.: Dutch or French)
  • Basic software knowledge (AutoCAD and/or REVIT)
