Cenexi is a High Tech CDMO with high potentials specialized in the Highly Potent (e.g. Anticancer) injectable drug products. The site located in Braine L’Alleud (Belgium) is part of the French group Cenexi, one of the leading european CMO with more than 900 employees.
Our main advantage is that we are able to put together on our site in Belgium a commercial manufacturing facility as well as a Research and Development unit under the ’same roof’. We are a site where the operational competencies meet the technical and scientific expertise to create a stimulating environment. We are working on a broad spectrum of products with a real focus on the commercial aspects. Our clients are a good mix of companies from the top 10 "Big Pharmas" to medium sized and biotech start-ups, all of them looking at Cenexi to provide expertise and support during the complete Life-Cycle of the Drug Products.
The person we are looking for will be part of the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) group reporting into the MSAT Director.
Activities:
The person in charge will lead technical/ equipment/ facilities projects by:
- building the preliminary budget for evaluation of the match between the new projects and the group strategy
- planning the execution of the activities (timing, ressources) for owned projects
- following the execution of the projects On Time and In Full and within the budget from the beginning to the end of the projects
- designing and writing the necessary documentation for the execution of the projects leading to implementation of equipments/ building and facilities for GMP production purposes in accordance with set procedures and guidelines
Profile:
- Engineering or Master’s degree with technical and/ or scientific (e.g. electromechanic..) with a qualifying equivalent experience of 3 to 5 years
- Individuals with experience in Engineering in Pharmaceutical Industry especially in the field of aseptic processes
- Applied knowledge of Automation is a plus
- Experience in technical Project Management in industrial environment (chemistry, pharma, bio-industry) with projects with values higher than 1Mio € yearly
- Writing or active part-taken in the finalization of URS, FS/DS, IQ, OQ documents
- Mastering of MS Office tools (including MSP)
- Written and Spoken Operational English
- Analytical Thinking
- Organized and Results Oriented Individual with good capacity of analysis and decision making
- Resistance to stress
- Team Spirit
