Voor onze examenlocaties zijn wij op zoek naar collega’s die ons team op verschillende vestigingen in Nederland kunnen versterken. Deze vacature betreft de locatie IP Campus Brussels

WHO ARE WE?

IP Campus heeft zich sinds 2013 toegespitst op het faciliteren van (digitale) examens, voor zowel nationale als internationale examen organisaties, mogelijk op 20 vestigingen in heel Nederland, met persoonlijke begeleiding/aandacht voor iedere examenkandidaat. Met deze unieke kracht bieden wij iedere examenkandidaat de ideale examenafname mogelijkheid, om zo hun kennis en kunde te laten pieken op het juiste moment. Zo faciliteren wij examenlocaties met toezichthouders/examinatoren die aan de vereisten van de geldende examenreglementen voldoen. Nu ook gaan wij uitbreiden naar en binnen de Benelux.

Voor het runnen van onze examenlocatie IP Campus Brussels zijn wij dringend op zoek naar een nieuwe host! Als host ontvang je de examenkandidaten, verzorg jij de aanmeldprocedure, zorg je ervoor dat alle regels worden nageleefd voor, tijdens en na het examen en beantwoordt je eventuele zorgen van de kandidaten.

Je dag is als host echter nooit hetzelfde en je maakt van alles mee!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

· Je woont in de omgeving van de examenlocatie.

· Enige computerkennis is vereist, maar je hoeft geen ICT expert te zijn.

· Je bent communicatief vaardig en kan je ook verstaanbaar maken in het Engels en Frans.

· Je hebt een zeer zorgvuldige manier van werken en zet graag de puntjes op de i.

· Je hebt een integere persoonlijkheid en kunt met vertrouwelijke gegevens werken.

· Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in een team werken

· Je bent op zoek naar flexibiliteit in je werk

· Je wilt nieuwe vaardigheden opbouwen

· Je bent bereid om collega’s te ondersteunen indien nodig op andere examenlocaties.

· Je bent oplettend en pikt de kleine details snel op.

· Tevens ben je assertief en kun je goed met onverwachte problemen (uitdagingen?) omgaan.

YOUR WORK

· examenkandidaten warm welkom heten met een kop koffie/thee

· volgens geldende reglementen het aanmelden van examenkandidaten

· het ondersteunen van de toezichthouder/examinator bij een goed verloop van de examensessie

· het bijhouden en controleren van de examendocumentatie

· het eerste aanspreekpunt voor algemene vragen

· de examenlocatie opgeruimd en schoon houden

· en indien bij calamiteiten examenkandidaten opvangen en van informatie blijven voorzien

· Je bent het eerste en het laatste vriendelijke gezicht voor alle examenkandidaten

· Eventuele meeloop dag in de week van 6 december t/m 10 december 2021 op onze locatie in Luxemburg of een van onze locaties in Nederland.

Are you looking for a nice (side) job next to your study. Then you have come to the right place at IP Campus! For our exam locations we are looking for colleagues who can strengthen our team at our new locations in Benelux. This vacancy concerns the location IP Campus Brussels.

WHO ARE WE?

Since 2013, IP Campus has focused on facilitating (digital) exams for both national and international exam organizations, possibly at 20 locations throughout the Netherlands, with personal guidance/attention for every exam candidate. With this unique power, we offer every exam candidate the ideal exam opportunity, in order to allow their knowledge and skills to peak at the right time. For example, we facilitate exam locations with supervisors/examiners who meet the requirements of the applicable exam regulations. We are now also expanding into and within the Benelux.

Exam Host(ess) IP Campus Brussels

We are urgently looking for a new host to run our IP Campus Brussels exam location! As a host, you receive the exam candidates, you take care of the registration procedure, you ensure that all rules are observed before, during and after the exam and you answer any concerns of the candidates.

However, your day as a host is never the same and you experience everything!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

· You live nearby the exam location.

· Computer knowledge is required, but you don’t have to be an IT expert.

· You need to have good communication skills and you can also make yourself understood in English and French.

· You have a very careful way of working and like to dot the i’s and cross the t’s.

· You have an honest personality and can work with confidential data and information.

· You can work independently as well as in a team

· You are looking for flexibility in your work and availability

· You want to build new skills

· You are willing to support colleagues if necessary at other exam locations.

· You are observant and pick up on the small details quickly.

· You are also assertive and you can handle unexpected problems (challenges?) well.

YOUR WORK

· a warm welcome to examination candidates with a cup of coffee/tea

· registration of examination candidates in accordance with applicable rules and regulations

· supporting the supervisor / examiner at the conduct of the examination session

· track and monitor the examination documentation

· the first point of contact for general inquiries

· keep the exam location tidy and clean

· and receive exam candidates in case of calamities and continue to provide information

· You are the first and last friendly face for all exam candidates
