THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their IT Direction.

YOUR ROLE
  • Managing agendas and Organizing meetings
  • Booking flights, accommodations, hotels,..
  • Supporting with presentations, power points and communication
  • Helping with various projects
  • Being able to assist whenever there is a need

YOUR PROFILE
  • Experience in assisting C/Director level
  • Very accurate, detailed oriented and multi-tasking
  • Very good command of English with at least one of the other following languages: French, Dutch or Spanish.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)
