The primary responsibility of the Service Delivery Technician I is to enable VF employees to use technology that allows them to work more efficiently while providing exceptional service that our VF employees look forward to engaging. Adhering to financial budgets and company policy to help VF grow powerful brands

JOB DETAILS

  • Incident resolution via global ITSM tool
  • Task Resolution via global ITSM tool
  • Technology promoter
  • Installation and Support of company required hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP, scanners, phones, tablets) and software.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server Platform, Microsoft Windows and Mac OS, local area networks and the VF Wide Area Network.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of local cable infrastructure
  • Be a resource to the IT platforms that may need assistance with projects and support of the day to day IT Infrastructure at the location they support
  • Help maintain accurate hardware inventory.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Create accurate documentation
  • Monitor system performance and provide feedback to the Area Lead or IT Coordinator
  • Assist user with new technology training.
  • Provide tech bar type service for face to face engagement with VF associates.
  • Support conferencing/collaboration technology
  • Hardware configuration and deployment following VF standards
  • On-Call support

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

  • You have preferably a degree in Computer Sciences or related technology field.
  • You have 0-3 years of experience in IS/IT environment, In-depth technical knowledge of workstation hardware and software, printers, network and peripheral equipment like scanners, tape-drive and mobile devices.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken Dutch and English.
  • Technical certifications such as Microsoft, A+, Apple are preferred, but not required.
  • You have a "Can Do" attitude, you get energy from working out solutions in an ever changing environment.
  • You are stress resistant and you set the right priorities.
  • You are described as someone who is precise and analytical.
  • You are able to work with peers in collaborate teams
