Purpose of the Job

Execution of equipment installation activities onboard according to project schedule and PrFOM instructions with a special competency as technician expert.

Mission

Objectives

Execution of equipment installation on board, delivery of the installation report, participation to handover meeting with T&C

Measurement

Quality of installation activities (Number of Punch Points).
Productivity as per reference Library.
Issue of installation report on time and delivery to T&C team via dedicated meeting.

Responsibilities

The Installation technician will assume all worker responsibilities as such:

Execution of specific installation activities according to the design documentation, method statements, PIT and PrFOM instructions.

Compliance with EHS procedures, maintain PSS, makes sure collective and individual protections are in place, and alerts the PrFOM whenever any deviation to EHS rules or EHS risk is identified.

Performs activities with quality – No deviation versus drawings and method statement = No punch point

Reports and alerts the hieratical superior if any risk, difficulties or issues are identified during the installation activities that may impact the safety, the quality and/or the performance of the work.

In addition, as Technician, you will assume following responsibilities:

Expertise for some critical tasks such as special processes

Responsible for installation activities quality = > Checking and control of activities.

Educational Requirements

Electricity and mechanic education/ Baccalaureate

Desired Knowledge / Experience

Railway or industrial environment experience as installation worker.
BA4/BA5, VCA accreditation/habilitation owner
English speakin
