Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Finance Business Partner (m/f/x)for a permanent position based in Vilvoorde.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the real estate sector.

As Finance Business Partner (m/f/x)you will be responsible for:

Provide tax, treasury, structuring, accounting support in commercial transactions (eg purchases, sales, leasing), using expertise from other internal subject matter experts and external advisors when necessary;
Credit checks on customers and general contractors;
Monitor and coordinate the financial aspects of the portfolio of companies with a critical eye to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy and support decision making processes;
Provide administrative support in respect of all relevant matters arising in the daily management of our BENE operations including Company Secretarial matters;
Monitor and analyse emerging finance and tax requirements and coordinate their resolution with the relevant team members or business divisions;
Provide financial expertise and support for projects (finance/accounting/tax/regulatory);
Assist in financial audits, and internal/external tax reviews;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams with regards to finance and business support;
Conduct training session / awareness raising with regards to the finance functionality.

The required profile for the Finance Business Partner (m/f/x)position:

You have a Master’s degree in Finance or Economics or relevant working experience (+5 years) within the Finance/Controlling domain;
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance;
Problem solving mindset and ability to deal with emerging business trends and issues;
Basic knowledge of IFRS and a strong affinity with the real estate sector;
Demonstrated learner mindset, continuously updating knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices;
Ability to balance attention to detail with a holistic understanding of the bigger picture;
You are fluent in English and Dutch;
You have the ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders;
You have an eye for detail and are deadline driven;
You are a true multitasker with adequate organizational skills.
