About us

Ventureleap is a startup support and advisory firm, dedicated to helping early stage startups navigate the complexities of fundraising and finance. We are looking for an analyst to join our team and help us provide the best possible support to our clients.

As an analyst at Ventureleap, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of startups across a variety of industries, providing financial analysis, market research, and other forms of support as needed. You will work closely with our team of advisors and have the chance to learn from some of the most experienced professionals in the startup ecosystem.

We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in finance and data analysis, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. If you are passionate about helping startups succeed and want to join a fast-paced and dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.

Your responsibilities

  • Preparing of month-end closing and management reports
  • Cash flow planning and monitoring
  • Build/Present laser-sharp financial dashboards & analysis
  • Work together with and manage our client’s finance team
  • Involved in the fund-raising or M&A processes: pitch / information memorandum preparation, business plans, valuation, scenario analysis, due diligence...
  • Involved in any ad-hoc projects for our clients like bank financing, subsidies etc.
  • Internal research and content writing for Ventureleap

Your strengths

  • You have a master’s degree in Finance and at least two years of finance experience in either accounting, audit, controlling or transaction services
  • You have a general interest in other departments besides finance because you’re curious about the inner workings of a company and are keen to deep-dive in different business models
  • You have a critical mindset combined with strong analytical and storytelling skills
  • You have attention to detail and the ability to preform in a high-pressure environment
  • You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
