Dark Light is a staffing agency specializing in the recruitment and outsourcing of data and business intelligence specialists. We are currently seeking a Freelance Data/Business analyst for one of our clients in West-Flanders.

Tasks

  • Analytics: Utilize SQL, R, or Python for in-depth analysis of customer, e-commerce, and marketing data, revealing crucial trends for strategic direction.
  • Strategize: Develop plans to enhance ROI in e-commerce and marketing, directly influencing customer behavior and optimizing their platform journey.
  • Team player: Work with a diverse team to create a performance roadmap aligned with corporate strategy, fostering a collaborative, data-driven decision-making environment.
  • KPI Mastery: Design and manage KPI frameworks, providing regular leadership updates to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Community Leadership: Act as a Subject Matter Expert, nurturing a data-driven culture in customer, marketing, and e-commerce analytics, empowering teams for excellence in performance and insights.
Requirements

  • Master’s degree in applied economics, analytics, or related field.
  • Expert in SQL, R, Python, with familiarity in BI systems like Tableau, Google BigQuery, or Qlikview.
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role, showcasing analytical and strategic capabilities.
  • Proactive, critical thinker, excellent communicator, excelling independently and in teams with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates exceptional presentation skills, engaging diverse audiences effectively.
  • High level of proficiency in English
  • Strong knowledge of converting data into actionable strategies and recommendations
