Your role

  • You oversee payroll and HR for all blue collars, in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Italy and France (around 900 people).
  • You oversee and direct payroll procedures.
  • You ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.
  • You provide hands-on support for the payroll, across different joint committees.
  • You follow-up talent acquisition, in collaboration with the recruitment team, and talent management processes.
  • You maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
  • You manage a team of 2 people.

Your profile

  • You have proven experience as a payroll and HR manager.
  • You possess current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
  • You have a keen eye for detail, and an analytical mind.
  • You are and outstanding communicator.
  • You possess strong organizational and leadership skills.
