About Our Client

The client is a large industrial organization undergoing workplace transformation projects.

Job Description

Freelance Project Architect
  • Design and propose workplace layouts aligned with internal guidelines and identify space optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate with departments (HS&E, P&I) to gather baseline data related to occupancy, sanitary needs, evacuation, etc.
  • Manage interior fit-out and move projects, including planning, budget, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Oversee all aspects of furniture lifecycle: inventory, disposal, requests, repairs, and investment planning.
  • Ensure documentation, regular project reporting, and delivery of as-built drawings and budget tracking.
The Successful Applicant

Freelance Project Architect
  • Experience in workplace design and space planning, with strong visualisation and presentation skills.
  • Proven project management skills for moves and interior fit-outs, with a focus on stakeholder coordination.
  • Familiarity with workplace guidelines, ergonomic standards, and circular economy practices.
  • Proficient in drafting procedures, technical documentation, and visual materials (evacuation plans, cleaning layouts, etc.).
  • Ability to manage budgets and track project-related expenditures effectively.
