About the job

Some of your time you will be working on new features / projects, like:

• Building integrations with third-party API’s.
• As a real estate business we have a lot of different suppliers to help us deliver our services and products to our franchises that’s why we want to build a digital process to make this as optimal as possible.
• Building dashboards for our franchises so that they have a complete view on their metrics.

The rest of your time will be spend working on some of our existing features, for example:

• Features that makes it possible for our franchises to have an end-to-end view on their transactions.
• Our onboarding process for franchisee members, helps us make onboarding a franchisee member a lot faster and more efficiently.
• One of the main components of We Invest is our Marketing Agency, that’s why we have build features to make this more accessible and usable for our franchises.
• An e-shop we built so that our customers can easily order their commercial supports.

This is only the tip of the iceberg. We plan on building a lot of other features in the coming months. Since we’re still in the early stages of our platform you will be contributing a lot to the core design of the architecture that will have to evolve a lot as we scale through Europe.

About you

We’re looking for a skilled Front-end Engineer:

• With 3+ years of experience
• That loves building JavaScript applications.
• That loves clean code and are always looking to improve your skills by finding the best solution to implement and try to follow the engineering principles as well as you can.
• An active team member and take a lot of pride by sharing your knowledge and helping others.
• Solution oriented mindset who loves to learn new things
• Share our values: Human, Transparency, Customer-centric, Performance

Some of the technologies you will be working with are:

• TypeScript codebases for the front and back-end
• For the front-end we’re using React. On our platform just React but on our marketing website we will be using Next.js
• Our private API is build in GraphQL.
• We’re also using TailwindCSS because we also use the TailwindUI component library. It’s not like bootstrap or material UI it’s plain HTML and CSS classes that can be fully modified and used in any way we want.
• We’re also using Headless UI (Also made by Tailwind Labs)
• As state manager we decided to use easy-peasy but we will be switching over to either xState or Redux.
