Job Description

For our current position, we are looking for a skilled and motivated functional analyst to join one of our teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis. Experience in real estate management and Netsuite implementations is a big plus. This role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and facilitate the implementation of a SaaS.

• Define business processes with buy-in from stakeholders
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs for a real estate solution
• Develop detailed functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
• Identify Fit/Gap and write functional analysis
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation
• Conduct user training and provide support during the implementation phase.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in NetSuite and SuiteApp implementations.
• Lead workshops and meetings to facilitate process improvement discussions.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for NetSuite SuiteApp implementations.

Required Experience

• Minimum three years of experience as a Functional Analyst with a focus on Integrations.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, certification is a plus.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Proficiency in O365.
• ERP implementation experience.

Your profile

• Expert in business process analysis and design (UML, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills for implementing business process changes that facilitate efficiency
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Real estate management knowledge is beneficial.
• Experience with SaaS implementation, especially Netsuite, is highly advantageous.
• Effective communication between teams is crucial; the FA facilitates discussions and contributes to finding optimal solutions.
