Purpose of the Job

• Develop and deliver global regulatory advice optimizing commercial opportunities whilst preserving company reputation
• Lead Science and Regulatory insights/support for Global commercial and technical projects & initiatives with high complexity across multiple markets in order to meet or exceed current and future business demands, according to agreed timelines and budget.
• Promote synergies among the different Zones, integrating knowledge and supporting Global Innovation and Supply teams, bridging technical, marketing and legal teams to develop optimal yet compliant business solutions.
• To understand consumer insights, emerging science and competitors’ strategy, and to integrate this in the frame of global regulatory advice, training and policies to ensure the right decisions are taken in the benefit of AB InBev.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Undergraduate or Masters degree in relevant scientific/technical area including some food law content
• Min 3 years in SRA/R&D role working with legislation and its commercial application
• Knowledge and experience of Global Food Law, including interpretation and application
• Ideally lab experience covering interpretation of scientific data and technical reports
• Strong ability to lead and manage projects with complexity
• Strong Communication skills at all levels, ability to work under pressure against multiple deadlines, strong influencing skills
• Evidence of perseverance, agility, ownership behavior
• Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
• IT literate with Word suite of products
• Significant global travelling involved
