Join the Young Potential Program and set the foundations to become a business manager by boosting your expertise in 3 different areas. Is this for you? Yes if you are a young graduate with an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to fast-track your management career & to deep dive into the digital world.

• UX Designer : Craft disruptive digital products, ensure the product logically flows, refine and iterate to create the best user experience.
• Product Owner : Steer the project team to successful delivery through initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure of a project.
• Business Manager : Leverage your entrepreneurial skills to build your team through business development, recruitment, people management, and financial management of your business unit.

As a YoPo, you’ll learn the roles of a UX Designer and a Product Owner, grow as a manager and face a series of different challenges. The program is a real rollercoaster and we’ll make sure you’ll enjoy the ride. As part of the Movify Family, we’ll guide you while leaving plenty of room for initiative and personal development.

Accelerate your learning curve

Boost your skills thanks to on-the-job trainings and tailored courses. You’ll also attend meet-ups and conferences, in Belgium and even abroad! You’ll get it, continuous learning is part of our DNA. But above all, we love to share our knowledge. Your fellow Movifyers will always be there to support you, on the job or remotely. Continuous mentorship and coaching are therefore part of the journey.

Be involved and face challenges

Starting the program, you’ll be directly on the field and get responsibilities from day one. You’ll be rotating in a couple of leading companies while being coached by peer designers, business managers, scrum masters, product owners… You name it! In the last stage, we’ll help you build your own business unit and ensure its prosperity. Besides, entrepreneurial initiatives are always welcomed!

Craft your own track

We’ll make sure you enjoy what you do. Based on your own goals and skills, we’ll personalize your journey. You’ll continuously explore and develop skills in areas that fit you best. Indeed, you may even fall in love with UX and wish to stay a little longer in the job. Who knows?
