To strengthen our Insight to Impact Team, based in our hub in HQ, Brussels, we are looking for a talented individual to support the EU Business Analytics Lead – Immunology, and theData Quality team.

2year Graduate Program:

• Year 1: Business Analyst
• Year 2: Data Quality Analyst

Year 1: Graduate Business Analyst – Dermatology Europe

As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will be working as dedicated analyst in support of the European Dermatology Analytics Lead.

You like to work in a cross-functional environment where you can:

• Develop a deep understanding in Dermatology and develop actionable insights that can be undertaken by the team to improve outcomes and experiences for the specific patient sub-populations that may benefit most from UCB’s solutions.
• Support the development of launch readiness operational plans.
• Work in close collaboration with the central Go-to-Market Insight to Impact teams and its Analytics, Reporting, Sales operations and offshore teams.

You will contribute to the following initiatives:

• Support the implementation of selected initiatives related to optimizing Go-to-Market strategies, including targeting, segmentation and field-force optimization.
• Participating in the development of analyzing the key drivers of growth for optimal resource allocation.
• Support data strategy and performance management analysis.
• Work in collaboration when needed with offshore teams.

From a day-to-day perspective: your typical working day will be a lot in working with data in excel, making analysis, creating a story line and draft the communication in ppt. You will also work a good part of the day with your PVU stakeholders on above mentioned initiatives.

Year 2: Data Quality Analyst

As a Graduate Data Quality Analyst, you will be working as part of the Data Governance and Reporting team in driving data quality processes for our G2M operations.

You like to work in an environment where you support the Data &Reporting Lead in the following areas:

• Contribute to the instalment of a company wide G2M data governance program.
• Manage data quality and change request processes for current and new use cases.
• Facilitating governance review meetings and conducts periodic data health reviews.
• Establishes and oversees the maintenance of the meta data management processes including the maintenance of the data catalogue.

You will contribute on a day-to-day perspective:

• Document and follow-up on data issues related to quality, access, process & governance.
• Ensure all issues are being captured and ownership is defined.
• Coordinate and monitor the progress with many different stakeholders.
• Understand the issue and identify potential process improvement to prevent the issue to happen again.
• Support the EU Data Operations Lead in other initiatives related to data.

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills:

• Master’s in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Financials or Medical related university degree.
• Analytical and problem solving skills; ability to routinely demonstrate strong quantitative, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills without supervision
• Excellent in excel and PowerPoint skills Proficiency in web portal tools and MS Office tools, incl. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word,
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and expectations on multiple tasks with a high degree of quality
• Basic understanding of Data Systems, System Architecture, Data Warehouses, MDM solution is a plus.
• Team player with the ability to work independently; strong communication skills to build and deliver storylines in English.
• Can-do mentality.
• Quick learner, curious and comfortable with ambiguity or contradictory data.
• Hands-on, curious, sense for detail.
• Ambitious without losing sight of key steps, ensuring foundations are well understood and operated.
• Takes ownership.
• Likes to work in international environment.
• Passionate about data and analytics.
