Doctena has an immediate opening for a Growth Manager to support our growth ambitions in Belgium.

Your main responsibilities:

develop initiatives and strategies to strengthen the Doctena brand

  • expand our network of partners and resellers, including contract negotiations.
  • develop, nurture, and manage relationships with strategic partners, notably providers of IT solutions and services to the Healthcare Industry
  • work with professional associations to promote our services
  • partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to identify growth opportunities
  • participate in key industry associations and events to increase awareness of the Company’s brand and favourably position the Company to targeted clients within the community

  • Demonstrated track record of closing deals of complex systems or services with long sales cycles
  • Healthcare / Hospital industry experience and network is considered an asset
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Fluent in Dutch and English language. French is considered an additional asset.
