You support our team as

Head of Maintenance & Engineering (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Defining and implementing preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance strategies
  • Managing a multidisciplinary team (technicians, automation specialists, subcontractors)
  • Leading investment, modernization, and equipment optimization projects
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance of installations (safety, environment, ATEX, etc.)
  • Managing the maintenance budget and monitoring performance indicators (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, etc.)
  • Deploying and optimizing the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Playing a key role in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, TPM, Lean, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Higher education in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or engineering (Master’s level or equivalent)
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a demanding industrial environment, ideally in chemicals, petrochemicals, or lubricants
  • Natural leadership, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit
  • Proficient in CMMS tools, industrial safety standards, and failure analysis methods
  • Fluent in English
