For one of our clients, an international consulting company specialized in the civil engineering sector, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (F/M) to support its growth in Benelux.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement new HR initiatives in line with the company’s objectives.

Challenge existing methods and develop the recruitment strategy by implementing a multi-channel approach.

Organize and manage HR processes in compliance with regulations.

Support managers in their daily management.

Develop the company’s wellbeing, health and counseling policies to increase employees’ sense of well-being.

Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic advices to the Board of Directors.

Be the guarantor of a rigorous day-to-day staff administration.

Ensure communication between the company and its social secretary.

Manage the payroll in conjunction with the secretary.

Maintain good relations with the various social delegations.

Profile:
You have a degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.

You are organized, dynamic and rigorous.

You will be able to work independently and your entrepreneurial skills will make you a key player in the development and performance of HR.

You are fluent in French and have good skills in both Dutch and English.
